Descriere
- Handle a high volume of departmental emails promptly and clearly
- Track outstanding requests with internal teams and partners to help meet deadlines
- Process financial cancellation requests and related procedures
- Prepare, update, and maintain reports supporting the Treasury team
- Help reconcile receivables and acquiring transactions, including sales, fees, and receipts, and review return invoices and exchange vouchers
Cerințe
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering, or a related discipline
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel formulas, VLOOKUP, and PivotTables
- Strong written communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work
- Analytical and proactive approach, with confidence working with data and processes
- Knowledge of or interest in finance, payment methods, acquiring companies, and accounts payable is an advantage
- Advanced Excel skills, such as complex formulas, macros, or VBA, are an advantage
- Belief in the enjoyment and benefits of sport
