  • Handle a high volume of departmental emails promptly and clearly
  • Track outstanding requests with internal teams and partners to help meet deadlines
  • Process financial cancellation requests and related procedures
  • Prepare, update, and maintain reports supporting the Treasury team
  • Help reconcile receivables and acquiring transactions, including sales, fees, and receipts, and review return invoices and exchange vouchers

Reikalavimai

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel formulas, VLOOKUP, and PivotTables
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work
  • Analytical and proactive approach, with confidence working with data and processes
  • Knowledge of or interest in finance, payment methods, acquiring companies, and accounts payable is an advantage
  • Advanced Excel skills, such as complex formulas, macros, or VBA, are an advantage
  • Belief in the enjoyment and benefits of sport
