Join Infobip’s finance team in Kuala Lumpur to support multi-country accounts payable, tax compliance, and accounting activities. Prepare tax documentation, verify invoices, and coordinate with payment teams and local accountants.

Descriere

  • Work with the Payment team to monitor payments, validate vendor invoices, and maintain financial records
  • Prepare and send electronic tax receipts to clients in line with country-specific requirements
  • Gather accounting records and submit them to local accountants
  • Prepare withholding tax certificates and distribute them to vendors
  • Track client-issued creditable withholding tax certificates and verify that records are complete
  • Monitor projects and task schedules with the team to help ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist supervisors with financial reconciliations
  • Coordinate with internal departments, external BPO providers, and other institutions
  • Handle additional administrative duties assigned by supervisors

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Previous multi-country tax compliance experience is an advantage
  • Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage
  • Knowledge of international withholding tax requirements is an advantage
