Description

Work with the Payment team to monitor payments, validate vendor invoices, and maintain financial records
Prepare and send electronic tax receipts to clients in line with country-specific requirements
Gather accounting records and submit them to local accountants
Prepare withholding tax certificates and distribute them to vendors
Track client-issued creditable withholding tax certificates and verify that records are complete
Monitor projects and task schedules with the team to help ensure deadlines are met
Assist supervisors with financial reconciliations
Coordinate with internal departments, external BPO providers, and other institutions
Handle additional administrative duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Fluent spoken and written English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
Previous multi-country tax compliance experience is an advantage
Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage
Knowledge of international withholding tax requirements is an advantage
