Finance Intern | Infobip | Kuala Lumpur Hybrid
Join Infobip’s finance team in Kuala Lumpur to support multi-country accounts payable, tax compliance, and accounting activities. Prepare tax documentation, verify invoices, and coordinate with payment teams and local accountants.

- Work with the Payment team to monitor payments, validate vendor invoices, and maintain financial records
- Prepare and send electronic tax receipts to clients in line with country-specific requirements
- Gather accounting records and submit them to local accountants
- Prepare withholding tax certificates and distribute them to vendors
- Track client-issued creditable withholding tax certificates and verify that records are complete
- Monitor projects and task schedules with the team to help ensure deadlines are met
- Assist supervisors with financial reconciliations
- Coordinate with internal departments, external BPO providers, and other institutions
- Handle additional administrative duties assigned by supervisors
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Previous multi-country tax compliance experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of international withholding tax requirements is an advantage
