Descriere

  • Deploy, commission, test, and hand over complex automated industrial systems at customer sites.
  • Integrate automatic coupling systems for electric vehicle charging and ensure their reliability.
  • Field-test software and hardware.
  • Investigate system failures involving kinematics, sensors, vision, connectivity, or program logic.
  • Diagnose faults and develop and test solutions to field issues.
  • Tune robot programs, including motion paths and I/O configuration.
  • Install control system updates.
  • Work with hardware and software engineers to improve product serviceability.
  • Train customer operations and maintenance teams and transfer system knowledge.
  • Report field issues and supporting data clearly to Development and Product Management.
  • Act as the customer’s technical contact and troubleshoot systems on-site.
  • Travel frequently to customer locations and work there for extended periods.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, mechatronics, robotics, or a related multidisciplinary field.
  • Broad knowledge across core robotics and automation disciplines.
  • Foundational understanding of mechanical design, component alignment, and robot motion and kinematic chains.
  • Ability to read schematics, interpret industrial control panels, and work with sensors and actuators.
  • Working knowledge of robot programming.
  • Proficiency in a programming language such as Python.
  • At least five years of experience in systems engineering, mechatronics, robotics, or a related multidisciplinary field.
  • Ability to work independently in changing and unpredictable field environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to connect specialized internal teams with non-technical customer stakeholders.
  • Comfort working remotely and away from colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and spend extended periods at customer sites.
  • Practical judgment to find reliable, timely solutions on-site.
