Descriere

  • Guide the organization’s shift to data-driven operations by defining data roles and responsibilities across business units.
  • Develop the central data warehouse as the group’s trusted data source and help shape its data and AI strategy and governance.
  • Run proofs of concept and pilot projects, moving successful initiatives into operational use.
  • Create an innovation process with technology and innovation teams, and prioritize data and AI use cases.
  • Use the IT and digital partner network to strengthen IT services and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Build and lead cross-business communities of practice for data and AI.
  • Provide group-wide data and AI training for business teams and executive leaders.

Cerințe

  • Several years of experience in data management and AI, including successfully operationalized use cases.
  • Practical innovation management experience, from tracking emerging trends to building IT ecosystems and strategic partnerships.
  • Experience aligning and communicating data and AI strategy and governance across multiple legal entities.
  • Ability to bring business units, IT teams, and external partners together in an engaged community.
  • A university degree in business informatics, business administration, media informatics, or a comparable field.
  • Excellent German-language skills.
