- Guide the organization’s shift to data-driven operations by defining data roles and responsibilities across business units.
- Develop the central data warehouse as the group’s trusted data source and help shape its data and AI strategy and governance.
- Run proofs of concept and pilot projects, moving successful initiatives into operational use.
- Create an innovation process with technology and innovation teams, and prioritize data and AI use cases.
