Creative Manager
Lead brand design and scalable creative operations for Eleos Health’s AI-powered community-care platform. Build visual systems, efficient production workflows, and AI-enabled processes across marketing.
Descriere
- Own the end-to-end design of marketing and brand materials, including one-pagers, white papers, ebooks, case studies, videos, advertising, presentations, web pages, and trade show and event assets.
- Turn strategic briefs and source content into clear, engaging visual communications.
- Maintain and advance Eleos’ visual brand guidelines, templates, and design system.
- Improve the creative intake and production lifecycle, from prioritization and briefing through review and delivery.
- Coordinate freelance and agency contributors alongside AI-supported production.
- Develop and run agentic workflows with Claude and other complementary AI tools.
- Monitor creative pipeline status and workload, identifying bottlenecks and capacity gaps.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and cross-functional partners.
- Present creative concepts and incorporate feedback through successive iterations.
- Flag and escalate work that does not meet brand standards.
- Stay current with design, video, web, advertising, and AI creative-tool trends and best practices.
Cerințe
- At least six years of experience in creative production, brand, or design leadership.
- Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or healthcare technology setting is preferred.
- A strong portfolio spanning print and digital collateral, white papers, ebooks, video, and digital advertising.
- Proven ability to develop and refine a visual brand system.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Ability to balance competing priorities across multiple programs and stakeholders.
- Excellent visual judgment and the ability to explain design decisions to non-designers.
- Experience overseeing concurrent projects, freelancers, vendors, and changing priorities.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, WordPress, and other CMS platforms.
- Proficiency with AI tools for creative production and workflow automation.
- Experience building agents is a significant advantage.
- Self-directed and attentive to detail.
- Experience working directly with C-suite leaders and executives.
- Comfort working amid ambiguity and rapid pace while managing competing priorities.
