Descriere

  • Manage the full lifecycle of vendor, supplier, NDA, and statement-of-work agreements
  • Protect MatX’s commercial interests while minimizing legal and business exposure
  • Improve contract processes and maintain compliance across supply-chain operations
  • Coordinate contract matters across Supply Chain, Sourcing, Engineering, and Legal
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and execute MSAs, DSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and SLAs
  • Build and maintain a centralized contract lifecycle management system for audit readiness and records management
  • Track contract deadlines, renewal periods, price increases, and supplier performance commitments
  • Work with Legal to develop standard templates, negotiation guides, and risk evaluation processes
  • Verify supplier compliance with contractual obligations, intellectual property protections, confidentiality terms, and regulatory requirements
  • Address contract disputes and supplier non-conformance with Sourcing and Legal counsel

Cerințe

  • At least five years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial contract administration within high-tech or high-volume manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract provisions, intellectual property licensing, liability limitations, and indemnification
  • Practical experience implementing or administering CLM platforms such as DocuSign CLM
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Confident written and verbal communication for stakeholder coordination and contract redlining
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while balancing operational efficiency with legal compliance
  • Ability to perform the role in accordance with U.S. export control laws without securing a license from U.S. export control authorities
