Descriere

  • Support clinical research for Penn’s National Institute of Mental Health-funded Innovation in Suicide Prevention Research Center (INSPIRE)
  • Contribute across the Administrative Core, Methods Core, and multiple research studies
  • Create study materials
  • Recruit and obtain informed consent from participants
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative research data
  • Enter and maintain study data
  • Draft Institutional Review Board, Data Safety and Monitoring Board, and National Institutes of Health documents
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with community partners and study participants
  • Support the administrative needs of INSPIRE operations

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 1–2 years of related human subjects research experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required
  • Experience in community mental health, suicide prevention, and/or implementation science is preferred
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is preferred
  • Experience with online survey and database platforms such as REDCap and Qualtrics is preferred
  • Experience with qualitative data analysis tools such as NVivo and Dedoose is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail
  • Ability to balance daily responsibilities with longer-term deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Comfort communicating with people from diverse backgrounds
  • A background check may be required following a conditional offer
  • Employment is dependent on available funding
