Business Development Manager – Australia Remote

Join Bridgit as a Business Development Manager supporting its Australian mortgage broker network. Guide brokers on lending solutions while growing settlements, partnerships, and sales performance.

Descriere

  • Manage and strengthen relationships across a portfolio of mortgage brokers
  • Work with aggregator partners to identify opportunities and coordinate shared objectives
  • Advise brokers on loan scenarios and appropriate lending structures
  • Attend broker and aggregator events as a representative of Bridgit
  • Meet settlement volume goals and agreed performance indicators
  • Deliver consistently high-quality customer service
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on sales results
  • Work cross-functionally to improve processes, enhance the broker experience, and meet client requirements

Cerințe

  • Professional experience in residential mortgage lending and sales
  • A consistent record of meeting or surpassing sales targets in the broker sector
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, credit requirements, and lending structures
  • Proven ability to develop and sustain valuable business partnerships
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Comfort presenting to groups
  • A cooperative, practical, and solutions-oriented working style
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-moving environment
  • A current unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
  • Successful completion of pre-employment checks, including references and a standard police check
