Descriere

  • Build and engage new dealership partnerships to expand the network and support growth
  • Provide consultative guidance and relationship management through regular dealership visits
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities and inform business decisions
  • Strengthen brand awareness and reputation through focused outreach and consistent market representation
  • Conduct daily dealership visits while managing the assigned territory
  • Maintain a standard six-day work week

Cerințe

  • At least two years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • At least two years of tenure in your most recent position
  • Practical experience with auto finance or dealership account management; special finance experience is strongly valued
  • Willingness and ability to work six days per week and visit dealership partners in person throughout the territory
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and achieve results
  • Analytical approach with the ability to recognize market opportunities and adjust strategy
  • Proactive problem-solving skills suited to a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Ability to contribute effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and full-coverage auto insurance
  • Residence within or near the assigned geographic territory
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related discipline preferred
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency is a plus
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
