Descriere

  • Lead the growth of RSM US’s Government Contracting practice
  • Serve clients across government contracting, aerospace, and defense
  • Advance the firm’s strategic direction through high-quality audits delivered on a global platform
  • Direct audit engagement teams
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior client executives
  • Coordinate cross-border teams to deliver consistent service and client experiences
  • Support practice expansion and business development
  • Coach and develop emerging leaders
  • Build RSM US’s standing as a trusted advisor to middle-market organizations
  • Fulfill core Partner responsibilities while advancing team priorities
  • Uphold quality standards and help ensure reliable client service delivery

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline
  • Active CPA license in the state of residence, or an equivalent professional credential
  • At least 13 years of progressive public accounting, external audit, or assurance experience
  • Extensive experience directing audits that increase in complexity and scale
  • Established success developing a sizeable client portfolio through new business generation, client retention, profitable engagements, and growth
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large or complex audit portfolios, lead senior teams, and shape firm-wide talent and staffing strategies
  • Advanced command of accounting and auditing standards, including US GAAP, US GAAS, or applicable regulatory frameworks
  • Proficiency with risk-based audit approaches, internal control frameworks, and complex financial reporting, including multi-entity and high-risk audits
  • Strong capabilities in business development and strategic practice leadership
  • Established relationships in the local market and Centers of Influence
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort engaging senior client executives, boards or audit committees, firm leaders, and cross-functional teams
  • Enterprise-level strategic perspective and vision
  • Ability to shape firm direction, inform leadership decisions, and contribute to governance or partnership-level discussions
  • Sound ethical judgment and professional independence
  • Willingness to travel, handle demanding workloads, and adapt to changing client and market needs
