Descriere

  • Lead full-stack development of AI products spanning front-end, back-end, and AI/ML capabilities
  • Take ownership of architecture, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and ongoing improvement
  • Build AI/ML solutions with LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and intelligent automation
  • Develop communications surveillance systems for alert generation, anomaly detection, and investigative analysis
  • Apply Copilot, GenAI assistants, and other AI-enabled development tools to improve delivery speed
  • Partner with surveillance, compliance, product, and data engineering teams on roadmaps and requirements
  • Coach developers on AI-augmented engineering through mentoring, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
  • Assess emerging AI/ML technologies and frameworks, then develop proof-of-concept solutions
  • Provide technical direction in uncertain situations and keep delivery aligned with schedules
  • Establish relationships with internal teams and external partners while supporting enterprise AI strategy

Cerințe

  • Advanced Python skills, along with experience in JavaScript or TypeScript and Java
  • Strong command of back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Spring Boot, FastAPI, or Django
  • Working experience with modern front-end frameworks including React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Hands-on experience bringing LLMs, NLP, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks into production
  • Proficiency with Copilot and other AI-assisted coding tools
  • Experience working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code practices
  • Strong SQL capabilities and experience with relational and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with Kafka, Kinesis, Airflow, and Spark
  • Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, code quality tools, and production monitoring
  • Background developing AI agents or agentic workflows in enterprise or regulated settings
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, define technical direction, set coding standards, and develop junior and intermediate engineers
  • Experience working in agile teams with product owners, business analysts, and other cross-functional partners
  • Ability to explain technical capabilities in business terms, present roadmaps, and influence technology strategy with senior leaders
  • Comfort working through uncertainty and changing requirements, with a willingness to prototype quickly and refine solutions for production
