Descriere

  • Manage project time and expenses against Statement of Work expectations, escalating potential scope, schedule, or budget concerns early.
  • Implement and integrate accelerated compute and high-performance storage for AI training, fine-tuning, inference, and data-intensive workloads.
  • Discover, install, configure, migrate, validate, benchmark, and troubleshoot solutions across customer environments, and transfer knowledge to clients.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, sales teams, partners, and client stakeholders on expectations, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
  • Contribute technical input to Statements of Work, rough-order-of-magnitude estimates, level-of-effort estimates, implementation plans, and solution validation.
  • Maintain project records, as-built configurations, test plans, work logs, and client handoff materials.
  • Design, implement, validate, and support high-performance infrastructure for enterprise AI and machine learning workloads.
  • Assess client environments and infrastructure needs, then communicate solutions that address accelerated compute, storage, data movement, resiliency, and operational requirements.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure solutions, including planning, implementation, integration, and support; or 7 years of such experience.
  • Experience installing, configuring, upgrading, and troubleshooting enterprise compute and storage infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of accelerated computing platforms, such as NVIDIA DGX, HGX, or comparable GPU-based systems.
  • Understanding of AI workload needs, including data ingestion, checkpointing, training, fine-tuning, inference, and model artifact management.
  • Experience with high-performance or scale-out storage architectures and protocols, such as NFS, SMB, object storage, parallel file systems, and NVMe-based solutions.
  • Experience with Linux administration, firmware and driver dependencies, system validation, health checks, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Ability to develop and execute implementation and test plans that meet project deliverables and Statement of Work requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective interaction with client and leadership stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain technical documentation and transfer knowledge to clients.
  • Attention to detail, analytical problem-solving skills, and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Willingness and ability to work beyond scheduled shifts, including select weekends or overtime, when operational needs require.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to CDW locations or client sites as needed.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • NVIDIA AI Enterprise infrastructure dependencies and validated architecture experience is a plus.
  • Experience with high-performance data and virtualization platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with GPUDirect Storage, RDMA, Kubernetes, Slurm, container runtimes, and AI platform orchestration is a plus.
  • NVIDIA-Certified Professional AI Infrastructure (NCP-AII) or NVIDIA-Certified Associate AI Infrastructure and Operations (NCA-AIIO) certification is preferred.
