AI Administrator – Microsoft 365 Copilot Platform

Descriere

  • Administer and configure Microsoft 365 Copilot across EDC’s environment
  • Manage licenses, access rights, feature enablement, and service configuration
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID, the Microsoft 365 admin center, and Copilot administration settings
  • Assign roles and permissions while enforcing applicable policies
  • Implement and manage security, compliance, data protection, and governance controls for AI use across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
  • Deploy, configure, test, and support Copilot agents, connectors, plug-ins, and AI-enabled features
  • Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, data access, and service integration problems
  • Provide daily administration and operational support for Copilot, Power Platform, and related Microsoft 365 services
  • Monitor platform health, performance, usage analytics, adoption measures, and operational alerts
  • Carry out maintenance, configuration changes, updates, patch validation, lifecycle activities, and environment cleanup
  • Create automation scripts, operational procedures, and monitoring solutions
  • Support testing, release verification, and deployment of new AI capabilities and administrative features
  • Act as the primary escalation point for incidents, problems, and service requests
  • Diagnose and resolve licensing, configuration, permission, integration, and performance issues
  • Investigate recurring issues and implement corrective measures based on root-cause analysis
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures
  • Coach team members through hands-on guidance and knowledge transfer
  • Advance EDC’s mission of helping Canadian companies succeed internationally through financial solutions and expert advice

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related discipline
  • At least seven years of experience administering enterprise Microsoft 365 environments
  • Experience managing tenants, Microsoft Entra ID, licenses, and security and compliance settings
  • Detailed understanding of the Microsoft AI Administrator role and its distinction from general administration
  • Knowledge of assigning scoped policies and applying access controls for Copilot and other AI services
  • Practical experience with Microsoft 365 data architecture, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft Entra ID concepts
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot configuration, deployment, and tenant-level controls
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities across Microsoft 365 workloads
  • Ability to establish a support model and encourage adoption of enterprise AI tools
  • Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication abilities
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly to business and technical audiences
  • Power Platform administration experience, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio, is an asset
  • Knowledge of generative AI, large language model capabilities, and responsible AI governance is an asset
  • Fluency in both official languages, English and French, is an asset
  • Ability to work legally in Canada when applying; preference will be given to Canadian citizens or permanent residents
  • Ability to satisfy government security requirements
