Apraksts

  • Act as an experienced individual contributor on a software engineering team
  • Help manage scope, schedules, and delivery commitments with limited leadership oversight
  • Support long-term program objectives and execute the program’s development strategy
  • Lead the engineering discipline in stakeholder engagements
  • Own and maintain an application codebase
  • Coordinate integrations with neighboring technical systems and broader ecosystems
  • Investigate and resolve system problems, applying incident insights to improve the system
  • Mentor and support junior engineers
  • Explain technical issues and progress to team members and clients
  • Take part in technical interviews
  • Recommend and assess solutions to technical and process challenges
  • Lead small, lower-risk temporary teams and projects
  • Present design documentation and system diagrams to clients, stakeholders, partners, and engineers

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree plus at least seven years of engineering experience
  • Equivalent relevant experience may substitute for formal education
  • Expertise in at least one technical specialty, such as front-end, back-end, or infrastructure engineering
  • Demonstrated accountability and ownership for contributions to an application codebase
  • Broad understanding of related technical domains and ecosystems
  • Skill in diagnosing and resolving system issues
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers
  • Ability to explain technical issues and developments to team members and clients
  • Strong influencing skills for proposing and evaluating technical and process solutions
  • Ability to work remotely
