Apraksts

  • Manage The Better Cat’s Shopify storefront from product pages through checkout.
  • Coordinate product launches, including product pages, bundles, pricing, content, and launch plans.
  • Lead CRM operations, covering email campaigns and flows, subscriptions, churn, and win-back programs.
  • Use GA4, Shopify Analytics, and attribution tools in daily decision-making.
  • Manage bundle, cart, and post-purchase funnels, including offer strategy and copy.
  • Run A/B and landing page experiments, then act on the results.
  • Set the optimization roadmap and measure its effect on conversion, average order value, retention, and unit economics.

Prasības

  • Bring 3–4 years of experience in e-commerce, conversion optimization, or Shopify ownership, preferably with a direct-to-consumer brand.
  • Have advanced Shopify skills, including the Theme Editor, metafields, variants, and checkout.
  • Have experience with Klaviyo, AfterSell, Loop Subscriptions, UpCart, a landing page builder such as Replo, and an A/B testing platform such as Intelligems or Shoplift, or comparable tools.
  • Understand conversion rate, average order value, contribution margin, cohorts, GA4, and other attribution tools.
  • Use AI tools in your daily work.
  • Liquid, HTML, and CSS skills are helpful but optional.
  • Communicate excellently in both German and English.
