Contact borrowers about delinquent accounts and negotiate resolutions by phone.
Arrange payments and settlements suited to each borrower's financial circumstances.
Use skip-tracing resources and investigative methods to find borrowers and relevant assets.
Oversee assigned account portfolios and prioritize work to support recoveries.
Pursue individual and team performance targets.
Keep account records complete and accurate.
Handle difficult conversations with professionalism and respect.
Follow applicable collection laws, company policies, and regulatory obligations.
Stay in regular contact with managers and colleagues while working remotely.

Prasības

At least two years of experience in third-party debt collection.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Demonstrated success managing collection accounts and arranging payments.
Excellent verbal communication, listening, and phone etiquette.
Well-organized, with close attention to detail.
Able to work independently while supporting team objectives.
Professional, dependable, accountable, and positive approach to work.
Working knowledge of relevant debt collection laws and regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
A professional remote workspace with minimal distractions for confidential customer discussions.
Reliable internet access to carry out the role.
Able to remain available, responsive, and productive during scheduled hours.
Must live and work in a state approved by LCS.
Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
Experience in a high-volume collections setting.
Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.
Experience negotiating settlements and payment plans.
Track record of meeting or exceeding collection targets consistently.
