Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve delinquent accounts.
Arrange payments and settlements tailored to borrowers’ financial circumstances.
Use skip-tracing tools and investigative methods to locate borrowers and relevant assets.
Manage assigned accounts and prioritize collection work to support recovery.
Pursue individual and team performance targets.
Keep account records accurate and detailed.
Conduct difficult customer conversations with professionalism and respect.
Follow applicable collection laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Communicate regularly with managers and colleagues while working remotely.

Prasības

At least two years of third-party debt collection experience.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution abilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage collection accounts and arrange successful payments.
Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and phone etiquette.
Well organized, with close attention to detail.
Able to work independently and contribute to team goals.
Professional, dependable, accountable, and positive.
Working knowledge of relevant debt collection laws and regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
A professional, low-distraction remote workspace for confidential customer conversations.
Reliable internet access to perform the role.
Able to remain available, responsive, and productive during scheduled hours.
Must live and work in a state approved by LCS.
High-volume collections experience preferred.
Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection management systems preferred.
Experience negotiating settlements and payment arrangements preferred.
English and Spanish fluency preferred.
A record of meeting or exceeding collection targets preferred.
