Performance Creative Strategist, UGC

Develop creator-led UGC ads for Untamed, a premium cat food brand. Use Meta performance data, creator selection and video editing to identify and expand successful creative.

Apraksts

  • Write scripts and flexible briefs for UGC creators and influencers
  • Pair creators with briefs, scripts, audience personas and creative angles
  • Find creators for specific briefs and pass them on for negotiation
  • Monitor whitelisting and partnership access to help creator ads launch on time
  • Analyze Meta spend, customer acquisition cost and trials generated
  • Use test findings to guide future briefs, creative iterations and scaling decisions
  • Research customers, competitors, category developments and creator formats
  • Create original concepts and rank them in a testing plan
  • Review creator work and give clear, constructive feedback
  • Keep briefs and revisions on schedule
  • Check content against briefs, brand guidelines and approved claims
  • Flag potential ASA/CAP or disclosure issues for review
  • Edit creator videos in CapCut, including hooks, captions, music and alternate versions
  • Help produce static assets in Canva or Figma
  • Recommend tools and workflows that can expand the creator function
  • Apply AI to research, ideation, briefing and analysis, and review the quality of its output
  • Keep creator briefs, content and results organized in CRM and content workflows

Prasības

  • Around 2–3 years of experience in creative strategy, UGC, influencer marketing or paid social
  • Experience developing creator or UGC ads for Meta, with examples of results and how those results shaped later creative
  • Strong grasp of performance ad hooks, scripts, visual styles and structure
  • Able to use performance data to guide creative direction and priorities
  • Experience writing briefs and scripts, giving constructive feedback, and managing creator content through delivery
  • Good eye for talent and skill in matching creators to creative angles
  • Careful, detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Experience editing video with CapCut or a similar tool
  • Interested in using AI to improve work quality and efficiency
  • Willing to learn and follow brand and advertising compliance processes
  • Experience with DTC or subscription brands, TikTok, creator partnership ads, CRM tools, ASA/CAP guidance or static design in Canva or Figma is an advantage, but not required
