- Coordinate accounting, accounts payable, and treasury services with clients and AGS teams.
- Manage daily financial operations and advise clients on portfolio finances.
- Oversee accurate, timely reporting, budgets, planning, analysis, controls, audits, tax, financing, and related transactions.
- Report to the Director of Accounting.
- Plan and track monthly and ad hoc deliverables.
- Track and report team performance indicators.
- Approve financial reports for release.
- Coordinate internal and external communications for assigned portfolios.
- Give clients clear visibility into cash projections, reporting, analytics, and financial support.
- Assess financial forecasts and report progress against operational goals.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, budget comparisons, and variance analyses.
- Lead weekly L10 meetings with senior team members.
- Manage staff and resources, including workloads, timesheets, leave approvals, check-ins, feedback, performance reviews, pay increases, staffing, interviews, and recruiting.
- Deliver financial analysis, strategic insights, and recommendations on operational and financial initiatives.
- Recommend and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency.
Prasības
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting.
