  • Coordinate accounting, accounts payable, and treasury services with clients and AGS teams.
  • Manage daily financial operations and advise clients on portfolio finances.
  • Oversee accurate, timely reporting, budgets, planning, analysis, controls, audits, tax, financing, and related transactions.
  • Report to the Director of Accounting.
  • Plan and track monthly and ad hoc deliverables.
  • Track and report team performance indicators.
  • Approve financial reports for release.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications for assigned portfolios.
  • Give clients clear visibility into cash projections, reporting, analytics, and financial support.
  • Assess financial forecasts and report progress against operational goals.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, budget comparisons, and variance analyses.
  • Lead weekly L10 meetings with senior team members.
  • Manage staff and resources, including workloads, timesheets, leave approvals, check-ins, feedback, performance reviews, pay increases, staffing, interviews, and recruiting.
  • Deliver financial analysis, strategic insights, and recommendations on operational and financial initiatives.
  • Recommend and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency.
