Apraksts

  • Oversee affiliate financial performance while maintaining compliance with Roche Group Accounting, local accounting standards, tax, and customs
  • Evaluate major challenges and opportunities and determine their business impact
  • Lead an effective business-planning process and establish the local finance strategy
  • Set the organization’s strategic direction in partnership with business leaders
  • Support long-term portfolio planning and workforce resourcing decisions
  • Manage financial risk, protect sustainable P&L performance, and pursue growth opportunities
  • Connect affiliate priorities with regional and global objectives
  • Advise business leaders through performance analysis and market insight to support value-creating decisions
  • Direct affiliate procurement with attention to cost, service standards, compliance, and strategic supplier relationships
  • Lead or support regional and global work packages
  • Model VACC leadership principles and introduce improved ways of working
  • Build and champion an inclusive, diverse team environment
  • Report to the Area Heads or General Manager and participate in the regional Finance Community
  • Oversee procurement, supply chain, and facilities services functions

Prasības

  • At least seven years of professional finance experience
  • A professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, ACA, or CIMA, or a university degree or MBA, is preferred
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and networked teams effectively
  • Established record of disciplined fiscal planning and financial management
  • Experience maintaining strong financial governance
  • Exceptional business judgment and strategic agility
  • Global perspective with the ability to contribute to the Finance Community
  • Effective leadership and coaching capability
