Apraksts

  • Lead enterprise-wide AI transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Advance continuous improvement methods, tools, and operating practices in an AI-enabled environment
  • Apply AI insights to Kaizen events, problem-solving efforts, process improvement, and operational excellence programs
  • Collaborate with operating companies, functional leaders, continuous improvement practitioners, IT, and technical teams to support adoption and organizational change
  • Accelerate Lean practices, Kaizen culture, strategy deployment, and cross-functional problem solving through an AI-first approach
  • Identify ways to enhance tools, processes, frameworks, and methodologies with AI capabilities
  • Work with leaders to convert business opportunities into better ways of working through continuous improvement, process redesign, and suitable AI applications
  • Help teams determine when AI can significantly improve results and when traditional process improvement or automation is more appropriate
  • Create AI-enabled continuous improvement playbooks, facilitation methods, tools, and practices
  • Develop the capabilities and confidence of continuous improvement leaders and practitioners
  • Lead selected Kaizen events, strategic problem-solving initiatives, and transformation programs
  • Define business problems, target outcomes, and process changes, then collaborate with IT and technical teams on delivery approaches

Prasības

  • At least 8 years of experience in technology, digital transformation, management consulting, product, innovation, organizational transformation, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience leading AI, automation, digital transformation, data, or enterprise technology initiatives
  • Practical experience turning emerging technologies into measurable business outcomes
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs in complex organizations
  • Strong knowledge of generative AI, AI agents, machine learning, automation, and the broader AI ecosystem
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder-management capabilities
  • Demonstrated success driving organizational change and technology adoption
  • Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel globally as needed
  • Preferred: experience creating enterprise AI strategies or AI transformation programs
  • Preferred: experience implementing or scaling generative AI solutions
  • Preferred: experience establishing AI governance or responsible AI frameworks
  • Preferred: experience developing enterprise learning or enablement programs
  • Preferred: experience with AI platforms, copilots, agentic systems, LLMs, or AI-enabled business applications
  • Preferred: experience managing technology vendors and strategic partners
  • Preferred: MBA, advanced technical degree, or equivalent experience
  • Preferred: experience with Lean, Kaizen, value-stream mapping, root-cause problem solving, operational excellence, and structured business systems such as EBS, DBS, TPS, or Shingo
