Aprašymas

  • Lead global financial close activities for quarterly and annual reporting cycles
  • Perform critical SAP closing activities in partnership with Finance and IT teams
  • Manage complex R&D organizational changes in SAP and define BUF needs for financial reporting hierarchies and structures
  • Maintain the Global by Org IM R&D financial reporting dashboard and coordinate updates with FP&A and IT
  • Manage financial data interface integrity, reconciliations, and SOX compliance controls
  • Oversee Beacon security processes and assess financial systems role design
  • Serve as the main Finance contact for the Beacon IT COE on change requests, enhancements, testing, and incident resolution
  • Manage master data creation requests in collaboration with the data governance team
  • Contribute to system implementation, integration, and transformation initiatives
  • Find opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Represent the IM R&D finance organization in cross-functional meetings and governance forums

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance
  • Technical degrees are considered with strong corporate finance or accounting competencies
  • At least 3 years of relevant finance experience
  • Demonstrated interest in finance technology or ERP systems
  • Ability to combine strategic perspective with close attention to detail
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Creative, solutions-oriented approach and ability to work effectively in a global team
  • Independent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and implement improvements
  • Finance experience and hands-on SAP exposure, preferably with SAP FI, CO, and PS modules
  • CPA, CMA, MBA, or other finance certifications preferred
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry preferred
  • International teamwork experience is a plus
  • Understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including responsible and ethical AI practices
  • Experience creating effective prompts to improve efficiency and productivity
