- Lead and grow the design systems team
- Establish priorities, ownership, and goals while providing feedback and accountability
- Define the design system’s vision and strategic direction
- Determine what to retain, evolve, simplify, or replace according to builder and customer needs
- Raise visual and interaction quality across typography, hierarchy, density, motion, responsive behavior, accessibility, and edge cases
