Aprašymas

  • Act as the subject matter expert for delaware’s SAP Retail solution.
  • Develop and refine offerings, especially FAST-Retail.
  • Ensure proposals present robust solutions and build confidence with clients and teams.
  • Partner with Vertical Leaders.
  • Coordinate with sales, presales, architecture, and delivery teams in France and across Europe.
  • Track challenges and developments across the retail sector.
  • Develop offerings for article and assortment management, pricing and promotions, allocation and replenishment, supply chain and warehousing, omnichannel, POS, e-commerce, customer data, and analytics.
  • Apply lessons learned, assets, and demonstrations, including FAST-Retail.
  • Track technology and drive innovation across SAP S/4HANA Retail & Fashion, Customer Activity Repository, SAP Commerce Cloud, IBP, EWM, BTP, and AI.
  • Help prepare responses to requests for proposals.
  • Present solutions and create presales materials and toolkits.
  • Oversee solution scoping, estimation, and go-to-market activities.
  • Support the handoff from presales to delivery.
  • Maintain presales relationships with software vendors and current certifications.
  • Develop and lead the internal Retail community.
  • Work with Industry Leads to turn business opportunities into coherent proposals.
  • Share best practices, lessons learned, and solution innovations.
  • Coordinate with sales, bid management, architecture, delivery, and delaware International teams.

Reikalavimai

  • Demonstrated SAP Retail expertise across mass-market and specialty retail, fashion and luxury, beauty, and e-commerce.
  • Substantial experience with complex presales, estimation, and solution demonstrations.
  • Sound understanding of retail needs, including article and assortment management, pricing and promotions, allocation and replenishment, logistics, omnichannel, and store operations.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Retail or Fashion Management and the SD, MM, Commerce, and Customer Activity Repository modules.
  • Ability to deliver demonstrations and prepare estimates.
  • Expertise in structuring functional offerings.
  • Strong presentation and teaching abilities, including effective collaboration with software vendors.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with Industry Leads and across functions.
  • Ability to work in an international environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
