  • Manage operating expense budgets, forecasts, reporting, variance analysis, and month-end close for assigned business areas.
  • Work with business leaders on budget management, spending reviews, and financial guidance.
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
  • Maintain and improve revenue reporting packages.
  • Build knowledge of company revenue streams to support reporting and analysis.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
  • Create and maintain practical financial models.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate with Accounting during monthly close to support accurate financial reporting.
  • Use Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude plugins to strengthen financial analysis, reporting, and process efficiency.
  • Act as a strategic finance partner to leaders in Editorial, Sales, Technology, Marketing, and corporate functions.
  • Help update finance operations and identify ways to improve efficiency and support growth.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related discipline.
  • Four to six years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial planning and analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, PivotTables, lookup functions, and data analysis.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, operating expense management, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to develop and maintain practical financial models and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience applying AI tools to productivity and finance workflows.
  • Experience in B2B media, digital publishing, advertising, or subscription businesses.
  • Familiarity with subscription or recurring revenue reporting.
  • Experience with FP&A planning platforms such as Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Pigment, or Oracle EPM.
  • A record of creating AI prompts, automations, or workflows that improve finance processes and reporting.
