- Identify, target, and win new clients through focused business development strategies.
- Build relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and align Grantek’s services with their goals.
- Work with existing clients to uncover changing needs and opportunities to expand accounts.
- Prepare strategic proposals in response to RFPs.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Help create a positive and rewarding workplace.
- Contribute to company decisions, direction, and strategy development.
- Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with District Leaders to support revenue growth.
Reikalavimai
- Bring 5–7 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Experience in the automation industry is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in engineering is preferred.
- Demonstrate leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, sound judgment, and strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be able to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Be willing to travel up to 50% across North America.
