Mid-Level Costing Analyst
At Vibra, analyze fuel replacement costs and market inputs to support margin management and business decisions. The role is based in Brazil and follows a hybrid work arrangement.
Aprašymas
- Run weekly and monthly costing cycles, incorporating international prices, exchange rates, freight, taxes, and logistics costs.
- Keep cost data current and accurate across Vibra’s fuel portfolio, using up-to-date market assumptions.
- Explain costing variances across year-over-year, month-over-month, and replacement-cost versus accounting-cost comparisons.
- Check costing system data for errors or inconsistencies and recommend timely corrections.
- Help develop and maintain costing tools, models, and systems, supporting automation and ongoing process improvements.
- Work with Trading, Supply, Tax, Logistics, and Accounting teams to configure costing variables correctly.
- Maintain costing governance, assist with internal audits, and follow company policies and controls.
- Produce regular replacement-cost variance reports, identify root causes, and recommend action plans.
Reikalavimai
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- A postgraduate qualification in Finance, Cost Accounting, or Controllership is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Knowledge of costing systems.
- Strong analytical ability and careful attention to detail.
- Experience applying different costing methodologies.
