Aprašymas

  • Build a portfolio of customers, prospective clients, and referral partners through networking and business development.
  • Sell banking products to prospective and existing customers.
  • Work with assigned branches to identify cross-selling opportunities and manage customer relationships.
  • Build relationships with community partners and connect business banking customers with programs and resources that support growth and profitability.
  • Identify, assess, and recommend lending and deposit opportunities, including commercial and industrial (C&I) and commercial real estate (CRE) relationships.
  • Manage business banking client accounts to reduce risk, cross-sell relevant services, and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Coordinate outreach and relationship management with commercial, investment, treasury, retail, and insurance teams.
  • Perform initial credit assessments and structure credit requests.
  • Keep complete client histories in the bank’s internal contact management system.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience.
  • Five to eight years of sales and management experience.
  • Basic understanding of commercial businesses and banking.
  • Basic knowledge of credit.
  • Previous credit and sales training.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to sell effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use a full range of sales prospecting methods.
  • Proficiency with technology.
  • Availability to attend networking and other events outside standard business hours.
  • Self-directed approach to generating sales leads and building a pipeline.
