Business Analyst, Data Sales

Aprašymas

  • Assess and improve the accuracy of repair workshop data.
  • Develop and maintain performance indicators for after-sales operations.
  • Spot performance gaps across networks and dealerships, and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor vehicle stock, promotions and incentives, measuring their effect on sales.
  • Strengthen lead qualification, scoring, prioritization and reporting to the network.
  • Report sales conversion rates and progress against commercial targets.
  • Clean and combine data for medium-sized and large accounts.
  • Find and integrate vehicle fleet data to identify promising accounts.
  • Provide B2B sales teams with scoring models, targeting tools and dashboards.
  • Check the quality of customer data loaded into the cloud platform.
  • Set up checks and alerts for interrupted data flows, anomalies and performance gaps.
  • Help shape the analytics roadmap and support implementation with SQL models and documentation.
  • Create and maintain Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
  • Present business insights clearly and help teams build data literacy.
  • Evaluate the return on investment of media and CRM data initiatives.
  • Partner with the data team to improve the platform and data quality.

Reikalavimai

  • A master’s degree or equivalent in data, analytics, marketing or information systems, from a business school, engineering school or university.
  • At least four years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or in a similar role focused on sales and after-sales needs.
  • Substantial experience in after-sales operations, sales performance or B2B and key account settings is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in project delivery, including requirements gathering, prioritization, coordinating technical and business teams, user acceptance testing, rollout and change management.
  • Automotive industry experience is highly valued; otherwise, a strong interest in the sector is essential.
  • Confidence working in a consulting setting, with regular client contact and varied business stakeholders.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries.
  • Knowledge of modern data platforms, ideally Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
  • Familiarity with Dataform or dbt is an advantage.
  • Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Python experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to turn business challenges into data models, KPIs and practical activation use cases.
  • Skills in project management and coordination across business and technical teams.
  • Ability to interpret data to inform decisions and demonstrate value and ROI.
  • Strong skills in presenting results and communicating business insights.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
