  • Bachelor's degree or at least four years of work experience
  • At least four years of relevant experience, demonstrated through professional work and/or military service
  • At least four years of design experience
  • A strong portfolio showing user-centered product thinking, refined visual craft, and thoughtful interaction design for complex ecosystems
  • Experience presenting and explaining design decisions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Experience producing high-fidelity design work that follows visual design principles and design system specifications
  • Ability to independently lead design processes from discovery through launch
  • Experience balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
  • Experience guiding decisions with structured thinking, clear rationale, and user-centered research
  • Experience with experimentation, metrics, or data-informed design decisions
  • Demonstrated experience designing shopping and commerce flows
  • A portfolio made up entirely of professional work
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design
  • Experience designing for growth, monetization, digital transformation, or omnichannel experiences
  • Experience designing for B2B
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Careful attention to detail and a strong eye for visual craft
