  • Support junior engineers through mentoring and participate in knowledge-sharing activities
  • Advance insurance technology with AI solutions for customer interactions, claims processing, and real-time risk evaluation

  • Specialized proficiency in at least two modern languages, such as Java, C++, Python, or C#, with object-oriented design expertise
  • Demonstrated knowledge of microservices architecture and extensible REST APIs
  • Advanced knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud architecture
  • Experience designing system architectures with design patterns, reliability, and scalability in mind
  • Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and administering PostgreSQL databases
  • Experience with application monitoring and performance evaluation tools
  • Practical experience with Kubernetes, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code
  • Experience using developer tools across the software development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn, including model integration
  • Familiarity with Agentic AI systems and autonomous decision-making frameworks is a plus
  • Flutter experience for cross-platform mobile development is an advantage
  • Knowledge of ReactJS and contemporary frontend frameworks is beneficial
  • Knowledge of security protocols and products including Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth
  • Deep understanding of computer science data structures and algorithms
  • Advanced SQL scripting capability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • At least 4 years of professional software development experience with Java frameworks and distributed systems
  • At least 3 years of experience in system architecture, design patterns, and scalable backend development
  • At least 3 years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud platform, preferably including AI/ML services
  • At least 2 years of experience with big data, real-time processing, or machine learning technologies
  • At least 1 year of experience with Apache Kafka, Spark, or comparable distributed data processing tools
  • Experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or professional experience
  • Additional coursework or certification in AI/ML, data engineering, or distributed systems is preferred
