- Serve as the Strategic Sales team’s technical partner, advising across the sales cycle.
- Prepare technical specifications, system requirements, and application configurations for proposals and customer packages.
- Educate key stakeholders and advise them to build consideration, inform specifications, and support adoption of Honeywell technologies and solutions.
- Lead technical discovery, solution walkthroughs, and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Design system architectures, integration approaches, and application recommendations around customer needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions tailored to customers.
- Apply relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.

- At least five years of transferable experience in sales engineering roles.
- At least five years of experience in healthcare.
- A demonstrated record of success in sales leadership roles.
- Strong technical background in application and systems engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience working with engineering specifications.
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics is preferred but not required.
- A master’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
