  • Develop and deploy production machine learning solutions using classical methods and statistical techniques
  • Take ownership of models across data preparation, modelling, deployment, and monitoring
  • Increase the scalability and dependability of existing machine learning data pipelines
  • Partner with software engineers and product managers to translate business needs into practical solutions
  • Act as the Data Science specialist within a small Data Products team
  • Evaluate product and business opportunities for ML and GenAI, selecting suitable approaches
  • Coordinate with Platform and LLM Ops teams when additional infrastructure support is required
  • Contribute to the ML and AI roadmap by identifying high-impact opportunities across products
  • Create ML solutions for Magicline and PerfectGym Next, platforms serving fitness businesses and their members

Талаптар

  • At least five years of practical experience building and deploying machine learning solutions in production
  • Advanced understanding of statistics and classical machine learning
  • Experience managing ML projects through data preparation, modelling, deployment, and monitoring
  • Strong Python development skills with scikit-learn or comparable frameworks
  • Proficiency with SQL
  • C1-level English or higher
  • Experience with AWS, Terraform, or dbt
  • Background working with large language models or GenAI solutions
  • German language proficiency is advantageous
  • A proactive approach and comfort working with loosely defined problems
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical colleagues
