Senior Client Manager, Retail Media
Lead POS compliance and in-store media delivery for Morrisons Media Group, coordinating partners, campaigns and compliance insight. Manage and support four junior colleagues while improving processes, reporting and technology.

- Lead the end-to-end point-of-sale compliance solution across the supermarket estate.
- Oversee third-party compliance partners, tracking service standards and performance and ensuring they meet delivery commitments.
- Analyze compliance data to identify problems, address root causes and improve performance.
- Coordinate MMG teams, Morrisons stakeholders and external partners, resolving issues and handling escalations.
- Improve processes, reporting, data and partner technology, including API integrations and AI quality checks.
- Work with Client and Campaign teams to manage compliance risks and protect supplier investment and MMG income.
- Manage four junior colleagues and ensure campaigns meet commercial agreements, approved media plans and deadlines.
