Senior Business Management Analyst - Mortgage Consumer Lending (Hybrid)
Senior analyst role supporting mortgage subservicing governance, risk management, reporting, audits, and business continuity at TD. Partners with internal teams and external providers to oversee controls, policies, and operational initiatives.

- Deliver specialized business management guidance for the assigned functional area
- Implement policies, processes, and initiatives aligned with business management, strategy, and governance goals
- Conduct oversight activities for the subservicing relationship
- Manage business continuity, issue resolution, audit and examination coordination, policy and procedure governance, records retention, and GSE, investor, and regulatory 1B oversight
- Partner with TD’s subservicing provider and internal cross-functional teams
- Operate independently as a senior analyst and subject matter expert
- Coach colleagues and provide educational support
- Manage and complete assignments independently from start to finish
- Advise leaders and teams, identify issues and opportunities, and recommend solutions
- Lead initiatives that advance business or functional strategy
- Coordinate business management work across multiple areas
- Support the integrated rollout of policies, processes, procedures, and changes
- Contribute subject matter expertise to projects and initiatives
- Create complex reports, analyses, and assessments
- Prepare and deliver presentations and communications
- Evaluate processes and activities, identify efficiency improvements, and support risk reduction
- Build relationships with business and technology partners, program managers, and project managers
- Support knowledge sharing across the team and business units
- Complete occasional domestic travel and sustain prolonged periods of sitting, multitasking, office-equipment use, concentration, reading, writing, and basic arithmetic

- Bachelor’s degree
- At least five years of relevant experience
- Experience managing issues and examinations preferred
- Mortgage industry experience preferred
- Reside within commuting distance of Jacksonville, Florida; Charlotte, North Carolina; Mount Laurel, New Jersey; Greenville, South Carolina; Lewiston, Maine; or Portland, Maine
- Ability to produce complex reports, analyses, and assessments
- Ability to implement policies, processes, procedures, and initiatives
- Knowledge of business management, strategy, governance, and oversight
- Ability to work with internal business partners and subservicing providers
- Ability to apply analytical tools and techniques
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions
