Substantial experience as an Engineering Manager, Engineering Lead, Head of Engineering, or comparable technical leader
Strong software engineering experience with one or more of Python, Ruby, Elixir, or Go
Solid command of software architecture, engineering practices, and modern development workflows
Track record of managing engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects
Ability to combine technical depth with people leadership and stay hands-on when required
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and contemporary engineering practices
Ability to turn business and product priorities into clear technical execution plans
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Pragmatic problem-solving approach with the confidence to decide and act quickly
Comfort working independently in a fast-moving remote environment
Interest in emerging technologies and the judgment to separate practical opportunities from hype
Fluency in French is required
Strong English communication skills are required
Availability for an initial three-month consulting contract, renewable according to project needs
