  • Lead architecture reviews and shape technology decisions
  • Assess build-versus-buy options, address technical debt, and identify modernization opportunities
  • Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across teams and communities of practice
  • Define best practices for DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, observability, and release management

  • Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale marketing technology solutions
  • Strong knowledge of customer data platforms, journey orchestration, marketing automation, personalization and decisioning, customer identity and consent management, and omnichannel activation
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, Hightouch, Salesforce Data Cloud, or Braze
  • Ability to architect, integrate, and scale customer engagement solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake or other modern cloud data platforms
  • Expertise in warehouse-native activation and composable architecture patterns
  • Strong understanding of customer data models, APIs, integrations, and event-driven architecture
  • Familiarity with Kafka, streaming technologies, and modern data ecosystems
  • At least 10 years of software engineering experience, including Staff, Principal, or equivalent technical leadership
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, APIs, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and engineering best practices
  • Ability to shape technical direction across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
  • Strong communication skills for connecting complex technical concepts to business outcomes
  • Experience mentoring engineers and developing high-performing technical teams
  • Ability to balance immediate delivery priorities with long-term platform strategy
