  • Build commercially valuable partnerships across the global payments ecosystem.
  • Run partner business reviews, set shared objectives, identify improvements and track agreed actions against commercial targets.
  • Coordinate joint marketing, promotional activity and go-to-market opportunities with partners.
  • Develop relationships with partner decision-makers, influencers and stakeholders.
  • Find opportunities to grow the partner network, product capabilities and market reach.
  • Increase the value of existing partnerships through active relationship management.
  • Work with payment providers, suppliers and industry stakeholders to improve products and performance.
  • Track industry developments, new payment technologies and competitor activity.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and help shape and deliver go-to-market plans.
  • Stay informed about APEXX products, services and capabilities.
  • Keep partners equipped and engaged to position and promote APEXX solutions.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Relationship Management to win customers, grow transaction volumes and revenue, and support international expansion.

  • Bring at least five years of experience in payments or fintech, ideally in partnerships, business development or a commercially focused role.
  • Understand the global payments ecosystem, including acquiring, alternative payment methods, emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate success developing strategic partnerships that deliver measurable commercial value and revenue growth.
  • Have experience developing new business, building a pipeline and converting relationships into revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Apply commercial judgment and strategic thinking to identify opportunities to expand the partner ecosystem and market reach.
  • Build strong relationships and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Influence and negotiate while building trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and in conversation.
  • Present ideas confidently, explain commercial opportunities and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Interpret market trends and partner performance, turning insights into actionable opportunities.
  • Work proactively, creatively and with a focus on results.
  • Take ownership, work independently and handle new challenges.
  • Have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Be willing to work hybrid, with at least three days each week in the office.
