Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration, ideally combined with strong technical expertise in manufacturing and supply chain management
Several years of international experience, preferably in the North American market
Fluent English communication skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
Demonstrated success managing teams, improving production, leading projects, and coordinating across functions
Analytical, strategic, hands-on, and highly organized approach
Willingness and ability to undertake a multi-year assignment in the United States
