Junior PMO Analyst – Newcastle upon Tyne (Hybrid)
Join a funded PMO and Service Delivery Academy designed to build project, service delivery, and operations skills. Successful participants may enter the consultant talent pool for opportunities with UK clients.

- Complete a four-week PMO and Service Delivery Academy programme
- Build practical foundations in PMO and project support
- Learn core Service Delivery Management principles
- Strengthen engagement and stakeholder management skills
- Develop resource and workforce planning knowledge
- Learn project governance, reporting, RAID management, and project controls
- Build financial awareness and project forecasting capability
- Use Microsoft Excel, Power Platform, and reporting tools
- Develop professional communication and client engagement skills
- Contribute effectively within large-scale delivery teams
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and present information professionally
- Analyse data and produce clear reports
- Balance competing priorities while collaborating across project and service teams
- After successfully completing the programme, join the consultant talent pool for consideration across PMO, project support, programme support, service delivery, engagement coordination, resource management, workforce planning, and business operations roles
- Collaborate with the team to identify suitable client opportunities; placement with a client is not guaranteed

- Live in Newcastle within a one-hour commute or be willing to relocate
- Be eligible for SC clearance
- Have a genuine interest in project delivery, service delivery, business operations, workforce planning, or technology-enabled change
- Have some exposure to technology, digital, data, or business systems through education, independent learning, bootcamps, apprenticeships, work experience, or previous roles
- Demonstrate strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Bring excellent attention to detail and a methodical working style
- Use Microsoft Office confidently, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to analyse information, follow processes, and solve problems logically
- Show a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
- Be comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, and pursuing continuous improvement
- Work professionally and effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients
- Be eligible to work in the UK
- Be able to obtain Security Clearance (SC)
- Be open to technology bootcamp graduates, career changers, people returning to work, recent graduates, apprenticeship graduates, and candidates with up to 12 months of relevant experience
- Previous PMO or Service Delivery experience is not required
