Sell life and health insurance by phone to prospective and existing members. Manage quotes, applications, member questions, sales goals, and retention activities.

- Sell insurance products by phone to prospective and existing members, including upgrades and cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve individual sales and quality-of-business goals.
- Examine sales reports and related data to track progress against targets.
- Share management insights that may help improve sales performance.
- Prepare and present insurance quotes and complete applications.
- Follow up on pending or incomplete transactions.
- Support retention efforts by encouraging coverage reinstatement and helping reduce termination rates.
- Explain products, services, pricing, new offerings, and promotions to members.
- Monitor monthly sales activity.
- Answer member questions and resolve issues professionally, accurately, and promptly.
- Keep current on insurance products and effective sales techniques.
Талаптар
- At least one year of sales experience, preferably in insurance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Insurance sales or telemarketing experience is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency, including spreadsheet and word-processing software, is required.
- A current Life, Accident and Health license is preferred; the employer will support licensing for candidates who meet the requirements.
