Lead statistical analyses that establish psychometric properties, construct validity, test–retest reliability, and responsiveness for novel digital endpoints.
Create and implement statistical analysis plans for clinical validation studies.
Apply longitudinal models to assess disease progression and treatment effects.
Develop methods for non-compliance, variable device wear time, and missing remote-sensor data.
Ensure validation workflows follow the DiME V3 framework and FDA digital health technology guidance.
Act as a data science specialist in pre-sales discussions, sponsor meetings, and scientific advisory boards.
Partner with biopharma customers to understand development pipelines and design digital endpoint strategies.
Turn statistical findings and validation evidence into value propositions, sales materials, and proposals.
Support customer questions about data interpretation and clinical trial design with scientific and statistical expertise.
Contribute quantitative evidence and statistical content to regulatory briefing packages for the FDA, EMA, and other agencies.
Write and contribute to peer-reviewed publications on digital readouts in Parkinson’s and Huntington’s disease.
Create visual presentations and clinical narratives for internal and external audiences.

Талаптар

Master’s degree or Ph.D. in data science, statistics, biostatistics, applied mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
At least five years of practical data science or biostatistics experience focused on digital health technologies, digital biomarkers, or clinical trial outcome measures.
Extensive knowledge of statistical validation, including analytical and clinical validation, psychometric assessment, longitudinal and mixed-effects modeling, and survival analysis.
Strong experience with missing-data imputation, trajectory modeling, and noise reduction.
Familiarity with the DiME V3 framework and FDA digital health technology guidance.
Background in customer-facing work, scientific advisory, or pre-sales consulting for biopharma or digital health organizations.
Ability to understand trial objectives and advise on endpoint integration strategies.
Advanced Python or R skills for statistical modeling, visualization, and reproducible reporting.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Record of publishing in peer-reviewed journals.
Experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical executives and clinical teams.
Knowledge of movement disorders or neurodegenerative diseases, including clinical rating scales, is desirable.
Experience taking part in regulatory agency meetings is desirable.
Basic understanding of time-series analysis or signal processing is desirable.
