  • Provide technical leadership across the Analytics function
  • Explain complex data analysis concepts during client interactions
  • Develop, maintain, and improve enterprise AML/CTF models and AI solutions
  • Support regulatory obligations and TD’s global AML/CTF strategies
  • Address emerging financial crime risks across customer rating, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, model performance monitoring, analytics, and reporting
  • Lead complex initiatives that integrate cross-functional processes
  • Independently analyze, design, and support technical data management solutions
  • Prioritize multiple projects and contribute to longer-term functional planning
  • Partner with business owners to identify opportunities and promote data science adoption
  • Convert business problems into practical data science solutions
  • Extract and prepare data, apply statistical and advanced analytical methods, and generate insights from big data
  • Visualize findings and present results to decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Work with analysts, engineers, and application developers to create scalable data science solutions
  • Provide analytical leadership and teach hypothesis testing and statistical validation
  • Identify risks, advise stakeholders, and lead remediation plans for performance, risk, and governance issues
  • Monitor service delivery, productivity, efficiency, and ongoing process improvements
  • Manage relationships across business lines and control functions
  • Maintain risk management and controls in line with regulatory requirements and risk appetite
  • Mentor colleagues, share expertise, and support team development

Талаптар

  • Applicants must be U.S. citizens or U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders)
  • Must not require current or future sponsorship from TD
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, or progressive project experience with a preferred undergraduate or advanced technical degree
  • Strong knowledge of statistics, regression, classification, machine learning models, and anomaly detection methods
  • Strong numerical judgment with the ability to assess model outputs, data quality, and performance trade-offs
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Experience in Financial Crimes or Compliance Risk Analytics is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI applications, including LLM fine-tuning or prompting, is strongly preferred
  • Ability to build analytical solutions with LLM APIs and use GenAI applications for data-labeling solutions
  • Ability to work with data infrastructure, big data, and advanced analytics
  • Ability to collaborate with data and business analysts, software engineers, data engineers, and application developers
  • Ability to meet the stated physical requirements, including continuous sedentary work, sitting, concentration, reading, writing, and arithmetic
