Chief of Staff, Global Business Transformation – Equinix (Toronto Hybrid)
Lead large-scale, global business transformation programs at Equinix, a digital infrastructure company. Partner with executives and external stakeholders to manage strategy, risk, resources, communications, and delivery.

- Develop strategic business cases and plans for complex, global, cross-functional business transformation programs
- Manage high-profile, business-critical dependencies and risks
- Build strategic relationships with stakeholders, government representatives, and governance authorities
- Manage expectations among executives and external bodies
- Deliver communications for the Review Board and public audiences
- Advise the Review Board on risk management principles and practices
- Analyze complex problems and recommend actions to senior leaders
- Lead delivery of large-scale, global, cross-functional business transformation programs
- Lead company-wide teams of program managers and subject-matter experts
- Manage resources, synergies, and budget control
- Set Functional Leadership agendas and coordinate functional and cross-functional communications
- Oversee functional projects and support leadership team cohesion
- Contribute to functional FP&A budgeting, reporting, and analysis
- Represent an E-team leader in meetings
- Serve as a member of the leadership team
