Grow a B2B customer base across Dundee and Tayside, with a focus on industrial packaging. Lead territory growth, customer onboarding, commercial negotiations, and pipeline management.

- Find prospects through networking, referrals, social selling, and industry activity.
- Develop relationships with decision-makers and other key stakeholders.
- Tailor proposals, negotiate agreements, and win profitable business.
- Oversee onboarding and account growth for new customers.
- Keep CRM records accurate and report pipeline status and forecasts.
- Work with operations, procurement, customer service, and commercial teams to provide a strong customer experience.
